How do I place an order?

Does my shipment need any special packaging for freight shipping?

Yes your freight needs to be packaged and/or palletized, it is the shipper's responsibility for packaging the goods. Shrink wrap, corrugated boxing, palletizing and strapping or banding is the most common type of pack.

What if my location is inaccessible to the truck?

Most transport trucks and long and wide, preventing them from gaining access to all residential or commercial neighborhoods. If it is not possible for your qualified carrier to reach your location, we will arrange a nearby, safe, well-lit area for your vehicle to be loaded and unloaded.

What payment options do I have?

We accept cheques, credit cards, debit cards and cash upto a limit.

Is my vehicle insured during transit?

Absolutely! Your vehicle is fully insured during transit depending upon the package you purchase from us.

Does size matter for air shipment?

Yes, air freight is based on both the actual weight and chargeable weight of the cargo.

Do you have warehouse where I can drop off the cargo?

Yes, we have receiving warehouse.

What kind of paperwork I will need to fill out ahead of time?

We will send you some paperwork for you to fill out the basic information, Such as shipper and receiving party contact information.
