It gives me immense pleasure to proclaim that JVG has grown rapidly since its inception in 2009. It has since then made tremendous progress in achieving excellence in logistics and transportation.
I have been in the logistics industry for 25+ years, realizing that media and technology were the conduits for communication between cultures, and for the place to give back to society as a whole.
I feel that we can help foster the leaders of the world through what I call the “NOW-GENERATION” with younger generations taking hold of their passions and channeling them to a place where true focus and change can occur.
Customers need to feel as though they’re being heard. Respond to their emails, phone calls and offer to promote their businesses.

Employees feel their voices can be heard when they aren’t muffled under layers of management. This level of freedom and empowerment creates confident employees and improves morale.
JVG also understands that new hires are investments. As such, it’s important to reward high performers and eliminate low performers through company culture.
Employee morale and culture is heavily influenced by their regular celebrations and fun events throughout the year.
The most success with culture building when their company develops their activities around their employees' interests.
